1. Company and Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and AYTUN LLC, operator of AIPROTOOLSTECH ("AYTUN," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your purchase and use of the AIPRO Multi Scanner, AIPRO Multi Bot, related documentation, support, and access rights (collectively, the "Software"). By placing an order or using the Software, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for confirming that use of the Software is lawful in your location and consistent with the rules of TradingView and any third-party service you connect.

3. Software License

After payment and delivery, AYTUN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the purchased Software for your own internal and personal analytical activities during the applicable license term. No ownership interest or source-code rights are transferred.

• You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, copy, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or provide your access to another person.
• You may not use the Software to provide regulated services to third parties unless you independently hold every required authorization.
• You are responsible for protecting your TradingView account and credentials.

4. Software Only; No Financial Services

AYTUN LLC is a software developer and licensor. We do not act as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, money transmitter, fiduciary, account manager, or trade execution service. We do not hold customer trading funds, place trades for customers, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

The Software produces user-configurable calculations and alerts from chart data. Outputs are informational and analytical. They are not a promise, prediction, guarantee, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You retain complete control over whether to use an alert or place a trade.

5. Trading Risk and User Responsibilities

Trading can result in substantial or total loss. Historical and hypothetical tests have inherent limitations and may differ materially from live outcomes. Results can be affected by settings, data quality, commissions, slippage, latency, liquidity, market gaps, third-party outages, and execution behavior.

You are solely responsible for testing configurations, reviewing alerts, selecting position sizes, maintaining risk controls, supervising third-party connections, and complying with applicable law. Consider paper trading before enabling any live third-party automation.

6. Orders, Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices, billing interval, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and the legal seller will be displayed before payment. Card details must be entered only on the hosted checkout page of our approved payment provider. AYTUN's website does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes.

An order is accepted only after payment authorization and our confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order and issue a refund where required for fraud prevention, compliance, pricing errors, product availability, or suspected policy violations. You are responsible for taxes that the checkout identifies as payable by you.

7. Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. Before completing a subscription purchase, you must expressly authorize recurring billing.

You may cancel at any time through the payment provider's customer portal when available or by emailing info@aiprotoolstech.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not normally end access before the close of the already-paid billing period. No cancellation fee applies.

8. Lifetime License

A Lifetime License is a one-time, non-renewing license for the purchased AIPRO product edition while AYTUN LLC continues to make that edition generally available. "Lifetime" refers to the commercial lifetime of that product edition, not the lifetime of the customer or an unconditional promise that the product, TradingView, or a third-party integration will remain available forever. Separately marketed products, services, or major product editions are not included unless stated at checkout.

9. Electronic Delivery

Delivery is electronic. After payment is verified, access is normally provisioned to the TradingView username supplied with the order within 24 hours. You will receive an activation confirmation by email. You must provide an accurate email address and TradingView username. Contact us promptly if access is not delivered within that period.

10. Refunds and Billing Questions

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact us first about an unrecognized charge, delivery problem, cancellation, or refund request so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

11. TradingView and Other Third Parties

TradingView, exchanges, brokers, automation platforms, and webhook recipients are independent third parties. AYTUN LLC is not sponsored, endorsed, owned by, or affiliated with TradingView. Third-party availability, rules, pricing, functionality, and data are outside our control. Your use of a third party is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

12. Intellectual Property

The Software, code, algorithms, designs, documentation, brand names, and related materials are owned by AYTUN LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted above, all rights are reserved.

13. Service Changes and Support

We may maintain, update, correct, or modify the Software to improve security, compliance, compatibility, or functionality. Support is provided through the contact method shown on this website. We do not promise uninterrupted operation of TradingView or other third-party services.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, unauthorized sharing or resale, abuse, unlawful use, chargeback fraud, security threats, or where continued service would violate law or a third-party platform rule. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without a warranty of profit, trading result, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular trading purpose. AYTUN LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party failures, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your decisions or external services. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the Software. The updated date will appear above. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Terms presented and accepted at checkout govern the corresponding order.
