1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AYTUN LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including the AIPRO Multi Scanner and AIPRO Multi Bot (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Products.

2. Intellectual Property

The code, algorithms, strategies, and designs comprising the Products are the exclusive property of AYTUN LLC. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your personal trading activities on TradingView.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Products.
• You may not share or resell your license, API keys, or access privileges.

3. No Financial Advice

AYTUN LLC operates as a software development company, not a financial advisory firm. The Products are automated mathematical tools based on historical data. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading in financial markets (including cryptography, forex, stocks, and futures) involves severe risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of our trading systems does not guarantee future results.

4. User Responsibilities

You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions made using our Products. You acknowledge that you must maintain adequate risk management. AYTUN LLC shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred through the use of our software.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
