1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by AYTUN LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including the AIPRO Multi Scanner and AIPRO Multi Bot (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Products.

2. Intellectual Property

The code, algorithms, strategies, and designs comprising the Products are the exclusive property of AYTUN LLC. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your personal trading activities on TradingView.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our Products.
• You may not share or resell your license, API keys, or access privileges.

3. No Financial Advice

AYTUN LLC operates as a software development company, not a financial advisory firm. The Products are automated mathematical tools based on historical data. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading in financial markets involves severe risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. This software is provided for educational and analytical purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or financial guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. User Responsibilities

You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions made using our Products. You acknowledge that you must maintain adequate risk management. AYTUN LLC shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred through the use of our software.

5. Subscription Billing, Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AYTUN LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time by contacting our support team at support@aiprotoolstech.com. To prevent auto-renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, your access to the Products will remain active until the end of your current paid Billing Cycle.

6. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

All software licenses, scripts, and product access are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment verification, access to the invite-only TradingView indicators (AIPRO Multi Scanner and AIPRO Multi Bot) will be provisioned directly to your provided TradingView username within twenty-four (24) hours. You will receive an email confirmation with complete activation instructions once access has been enabled.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
