Digital Goods Final Sale Policy
At AYTUN LLC, the AIPRO Multi Scanner and AIPRO Multi Bot are distributed as digital software products (specifically, direct access provisioning through TradingView). Due to the nature of digital goods and algorithmic software code, all sales are final.
No Refunds
Once your TradingView username has been granted access to our private indicators and bots, the product is considered "delivered" and "consumed." Because the software cannot be physically returned and the underlying intellectual property is exposed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.
This includes, without limitation:
- Dissatisfaction with the product's performance or trading results.
- Failure to read or understand the technical requirements (e.g., you must have an active TradingView account).
- Changes in personal financial circumstances.
- Lack of technical proficiency to operate the software.
Subscription Cancellations
If you purchase a 1-Month or 1-Year license operating on a recurring subscription model, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the software until the current billing cycle expires. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in an active, cancelled billing cycle.
Technical Issues
If you experience structural bugs, errors, or access issues regarding the TradingView provisioning, our support team will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. A technical malfunction does not automatically qualify you for a refund; you must allow our technical team the opportunity to correct the defect.
